Good customer service-

I bought some software from that did not work out too well for me. I emailed the retailer, Handango, and they forwarded my issue to the vendor, Iambic. Within 2 days, I got a response from representative saying they would refund my money. Even though I used the software for free under a trial period, the vendor was still willing to issue a refund without questions. I have purchased software from both Handango and Iambic in the past, and its likely I will continue to give them my future business.
