This isn’t President Obama’s fault, except there is still no good reason he could not have gotten this ball rolling on day one, when his political capital was ripe and his promise to Latinos was unmarred. Rather than spending four years further integrating these folks into society, they have been spent it running from the President’s own “Operation Wetback”.
